I have to say that the beds and pillows really need replacing. They were extremely uncomfortable, and after just one night I woke up with a bad back and neck. The toilet also still had marks in it, which was disappointing from a cleanliness perspective. Overall, the stay was average, but due to the comfort and cleanliness issues, I wouldn’t choose to return.

Servatur Green Beach hotel was a great hotel overall, I stayed for 4 nights and really liked the facilities from the heated outdoor pool, the rooftop jacuzzi, the mini market and the staff were absolutely amazing and so accommodating. The breakfast buffet was lovely with a fresh variety of food and drinks. The room was spacious, fully equipped with kitchen utensils and equipment, the bathroom was spacious and clean and the shower had good power. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony had a wonderful sea view. The hotel has 24h reception, of which the staff were so helpful friendly and kind during my stay. They recommended me places to visit, eat and even helped booked cabs for me daily. Pedro was exceptionally warm, friendly and went above and beyond in offering amazing service :) I also booked a massage with Anabel who is the on site masseuse, I went for the sports massage and it was one of the best massages I've had! She took her time and really worked on releasing a lot of tension with care and attentiveness. Her kind nature and demeanour was really pleasant and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience! I would recommend staying at this hotel, as its affordable, a great location to local beaches, bars, restaurants, cafe's. It wasn't too noisy or disruptive during my stay (although I was told I visited just outside of peak time which starts in July.) I would definitely book again and hope to be back soon to enjoy more of the lovely beaches in Gran Canaria and relaxed and easy-going environment.

The hotel located beautifully near a beach, with great views from restaurant and top floor sun terrace (for those less fortunate who stay on floors 1-2). All rooms face the sea which I find great thing. Aircon works perfectly, comfy chairs to enjoy the sun on well sized balcony. The pool is great, can really swim in it (when it is open). I only had breakfast which were decent, with selection of freshly fried eggs, fresh veg, meats, smoked salmon. Spar in a walking distance, and the fact that rooms have a kitchenette makes a big the difference.

I like the way the hotel is offering for their meals, that you pay when you go to eat, not that included in the room fees. So I won't feel bad if I missed a breakfast due to sleep. And the quality of the breakfast and dinner are surprisingly great! I love their Danish and Churros! Also, the dinner includes big size pawns and delicious pork!

I loved everything; the room was very clean, with a beautiful view of the sunsets and sunrises. A surprise awaited us in the room: a bottle of champagne and nuts, which was a very nice touch. I would give this hotel 5*. Thank you for the cleanliness, beauty, comfort, warm pool, Caribbean sand beach 15 minutes from the hotel, shops and restaurants nearby.
