Overview
They are two semi-detached and developed houses, one for each side, with all the independent spaces. Built with materials such as wood, straw, mud and colored glass. Rustic with wooden floors and living ceiling. 400 meters from the oceanic beach of Punta Rubia, 1 km from La Pedrera and 37 km from Cabo Polonio. Located on the main street and with easy access. Capacity up to 4 people. At the back covered barbecue, front and side deck with wooden pergola for shade. Paraguayan hammock and wooden garden furniture. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a mosquito net, downstairs a bunk bed with another downstairs. Kitchen equipped with refrigerator with freezer, 4-burner stove with oven, microwave and the necessary for cooking. Crockery for 4 or 6 people. Full bathroom with good water pressure in the shower. One of them has a salamander (check which one is assigned to you if you want it) You can leave the car in the garden. Pets are accepted with a supplement but the property is NOT fenced. It has WIFI and fan (Not air). BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATE. IT IS AN OPTIONAL SERVICE AND WITH COST No water, electricity, or gas consumed is charged. No subsequent cleaning is charged either, although it is expected to be returned in good condition.
