Lovely posada! My room was spacious, well-appointed, and I loved the Mexican vibe. I took advantage of the free breakfast which featured some mainstays everyday along with a special item that changed every day. The staff are wonderful. The posada is across the street from the malecon and a short walk to the Centro area. I would absolutely stay here again.

Terrific, all I needed. Boutique style mansion well decorated with lacquered hardwood throughout.

Oliver was exceptional! When we arrived he was helpful and accommodating to our requests. Breakfast was excellent. Christian and Laura were so awesome! The room was quaint and the bed very comfortable! Would definitely stay again 🥰

The location was perfect - set back from the main road and quiet. We upgraded to a suite which was very roomy and comfortable. Staff were very friendly.

Our room and its enormous bathroom was beautifully decorated. Someone has gone to great care to make sure that every need has been anticipated and met. Even beach towels were supplied. The bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. The hotel is right across from the Malecon and has a lovely interior courtyard and open living room area upstairs, surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The staff was welcoming and professional and the hotel premises were lovely. The room was mostly well appointed, with some nice thoughtful touches. It’s nice being able to just walk up the stairs and be at Oliva al Mare.

Traditional, beautiful collection of rooms. We stayed in the standard rooms but next time we’ll treat ourselves to the wonderful looking suites on the upper floors.
