From where to start ?! The person in charge with the breakfast aria she told me her name was Roxana Ibara ( don’t have how to confirm that ) was extremely rude , we stayed 2 nights there but no desire to have breakfast there , her attitude was horrible, not welcoming at all . The phone in the room wasn’t working I was trying to call to ask for towels , I had to go down and ask , they wore giving me disgusting towels form the pool . The air conditioner was making horrible noise I was asked to be moved from that room they did it but told me that all the AC are old and make that noise , I couldn’t sleep the first night ! I will definitely never go back there again !

I feel really bad for the people who work there and who own this hotel. The owners clearly have gotten themselves in a bad situation, are strapped with a property that’s failing, and can’t keep up with the cost of maintenance so it’s really shabby. ACs are broken, make a ton of noise etc. They had to change my room becuase the AC broke and started blinking green and strobing across my room. This is more like a $50 a night experience but they charge $160+ probably because there are a lot of rooms and floors and they need to maintain the income, but it’s falling apart and they are in a bad situation. Spend more and find a better spot.

My room faced west with Awesome close water view and super sunsets. Staff is all great. Room was very quiet most of the time. Location is great and for me was necessary as I had business to do within a short walk. Room was clean . I am not a breakfast type person , but it looked pretty good and had a fruits , eggs , muffins etc......

The rooms are good, breakfast included, the staff is very helpful, did not use the pool but it looked good

Very good location. It is close to the main touristic area of La Paz but not so close to be noisy. The hotel has good facilities for the price and staff is very nice.
