Overview

“Great hotel proving hi-altitude support with excellent value for money”
Excellent hotel providing medical support for sickness related to high altitude. Essential for first timers to La Paz from "low countries". Nice views from higher floors. Large suite with nice facilities. 5 walk from purple cable car.

“Excellent business hotel”
Excellent hotel in nicest part of La Paz. Very reasonably priced for what it offers. All rooms are very large and comfortable, with spectacular views of this amazing city. Staff are efficient and friendly, and the in-house taxis are excellent.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic, the facilities are great and it's super comfortable which was important as we were coming into La Paz from sea level so the altitude had quite a large impact. All the staff were brilliant but Luisa in particular was fantastic. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

Breakfast: Good selection. Juices, hot drinks, fruits, cereals, yogurt, baked items, breads & waffles, cold meats, cheeses & bacon. Eggs cooked to order. Fresh, & well presented. Enjoyed the pool, sauna & steam room.

Located in a good are, the hotel has all the facilities I need. Room was spacious and clean, service excellent and staff very friendly. Breakfast just amazing!

“great stay, great location”
great location close to cable car to get into city. quiet neighbourhood but great restaurants and shops on your doorstep. All staff very friendly & helpful, food is the restaurant was lovely and very reasonable ( 3 starters, 4 mains & 2 bottles of wine) worked out about £68.

“Very bad”
They didnt give us the crib I requested and they CONFIRMED (see attached photo) after I complained and spent more than an hour calling back and forth (the receptionist said: “we will call you back” but never actually did) they finally sent someone to put the crib, at 1 am! you can see the photo oc their staff asking for us to wait while the 1yo was still awake since he is used to sleep in a crib or else he could fall from the bed as he was traveling only with his father. The next day, when I enter this room, it was cold freezing. The conditioned air didn’t work in the family room, during the whole and only night we were spending there. My parents and my little niece spent an awful night, freezing, it was worse than staying at a 3 stars hotel or a cheap AirBnb. Shame on the people who manage this bussiness.

“Lovely hotel”
Great hotel, lovely and kind staff. Awesome breakfast. The rooms are huge with a great view. The bed is comfortable, the shower has great water pressure. The location is perfect, close to the green line teleférico. Everything was great, I would highly recommend this hotel.

“Nice La Paz stay with mountains views”
The Royal Suite on the top floor is spacious with two large TV sets and a well-appointed bedroom with a nice spa bath. It has also a nice view of the city and its surrounding mountains.
