The location was great very close to cafes and restaurants as well as an atm and a pharmacy. The room is very spacious and well taken care of, although one can tell it's quite old. Staff is helpful. They give a little lunch box in case you miss breakfast.

Great location. It is one of the popular pick up location for local tours. The beds are clean and comfortable. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good with good variety. The room also has a small kitchen if you want to cook a light meal.

A very solid 9 - let down only by the wifi! Staff - a few of the team spoke excellent English but all were happy to help. Room - fantastic for a few days stay; huge space and well equipped. Plug sockets everywhere. Warm but just about right - if too warm just open the window! Massive and super comfy bed. Resteraunt - the Argentinian steak was incredible! Breakfast was consistent and plentiful. Open all day for food and there's a little coffee bar in the lobby area! Payment - all credit cards accepted and charged in USD or Bs ... just tell the team which you prefer! Location - perfect location in a quieter part of town but with everything you could need within walking distance. You can also jump on the Celeste Teleferico line and be in the centre within 15 mins including the walk from the hotel! Or hop on Blanco and start a full loop of the city! Summary - would 100% stay here again; just sort the Internet out :D

Had an absolutely fantastic stay here. Excellent location, would highly recommend it as an area if traveling to La Paz. Many shops, restaurants cafes nearby. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Free tea and water in reception 24 hours a day. Our apart suite was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Gym passes provided free of charge to a nearby gym. Breakfast was excellent. Huge variety and constantly being replenished. Wouldn’t hesitate but to stay here again.

Magnificent stay. Beautiful spacious suite, great views, lots of space, nicely heated in a cold city, good wifi, good breakfast. This place is absolutely exceptional value for money. Everything about the place was perfect for our stay. Wouldn’t even consider anywhere else if we ever returned to La Paz. The only thing about this place which isn’t five star is the price.

Excellent location. Close to restaurant, cable car, and shopping mall. The room is great and clean and you have everything you need. The staff are kind and supportive even they let us to leave our luggage with them for the whole day until we came back from our trip to Uyuni the next day. The had room service and the food was great. It was value for money.

The staff were extremely understanding of our needs, one of us having just left hospital. They met every need. The rooms were huge and comfortable.

Good location; clean; I stayed for 4 nights overall: 2 nights then went to Salar de Uyuni, then returned for 2 more nights. They stored my luggage for free while I was in Uyuni.

Room smelt like egg No fans and was extremely hot Concierge staff were miserable. Breakfast was beyond bad, asked the staff three times to refill the coffee.
