“One of the few places where there's still a traveler vibe”

I came back to this hostel because the other one I was staying at ended up closing due to everything going on in the country. Honestly, I really like this place, especially because it's one of the few spots in town where you can still meet other travelers. And yeah, Bolivia is still dealing with political issues and roadblocks, but it's still a good destination. The place is safe, and the staff was always there to help me out with info on buses, taxis, flights, and whatever tours were still running. The Cholitas Wrestling tour is a must. You could tell that despite all the difficulties, they really gave it their all to provide good service. Highly recommended.

“A beautiful building close to local life and the old town.”

A traditional building very close to the old town. We really liked both the building and its location. We were greeted warmly and given early check-in despite arriving very early in the morning. The room was extremely spacious and had 24-hour hot water in the bathroom. We were also able to leave our backpacks at the hotel until the evening bus.

Really solid stay. The place has everything — restaurant, drinks, even beer pong tournaments while I was there. Breakfast is good but literally the same every day, could use some variety. I booked all my tours through them, super reliable and not pricey. Best part: they let me stash my extra luggage for free. Totally recommend.

“Super convenient and a great vibe”

I really liked the beds. The night was super cold, but with the blankets I slept very comfortably. I came back to get ready for my next trip. The best part is that I can store my backpack as many times as I want with no extra charge. It’s also a great place to meet people from all over the world. I was even able to exchange my dollars at the hostel, which was super convenient since the exchange offices are closed on weekends.

Huge hostel in downtown (with a great view) full of cool people with nice common areas, hot showers, free tea, lockers, tours planning, laundry, currency exchange, bar, restaurant and free decent breakfast. One of the cheapest place in town: surely the best. Highly recommended.

“Safety and comfort on a budget”

The beds are comfortable, though the bathrooms could use some improvement. I stayed in a shared dormitory for 10 people and it turned out to be quite nice. Each bed has its own locker for storing your backpack, and at reception there are additional lockers if you need to leave valuables, like my camera, which I couldn't leave in the room due to its cost. That was very convenient and gave me peace of mind. The breakfast was very good, especially considering the price of the accommodation. They also offer an airport shuttle service, which is a great plus if you're traveling at night and concerned about safety.

Great central spot! You’ve got shops right on the ground floor with handicrafts and camping gear. The restaurant serves delicious milanesas. I took a tour with the hostel, and it was so convenient. Plus, the terrace offers a gorgeous view of La Paz—I really liked it!

24 hours check in

We booked the double room with a private bathroom, and both the room and the bathroom were clean. I can’t comment on the shared rooms with shared bathrooms. The place itself was very welcoming. There is a nice bar on the terrace, and you can also eat inside at the restaurant/bar. Overall, it’s a very nice place with a good vibe.

It was a great central location and the beds were comfortable with sheet, blanket and duvet which I really like. Also there were windows I could open for fresh air. And no chemical smells or noticeable air fresheners which is really important for me
