“The best shower in all of South America”

Loved staying here!!! Huge room with fully equipped kitchen. The bed is huge and very comfy. The best shower with so much pressure and really hot water! Great location to explore La Paz. Juan and the team were so helpful, they made the apartment available early for us to check in after our night bus! Don’t hesitate to book this place. The room also had a plug in heater which was great.

Had a great stay at Kawsay Apartment! The best shower and most comfortable bed of our trip so far. Excellent communication from the host and they were kind enough to let us check in early. Highly recommend!

The showers were the best showers we'd ever had. You could book the place just for those alone. They're super fancy and modern, telling you the exact temperature and how long you've been in the shower. There were 5 or 6 different settings for how the water came out. Showers were good size too and had shampoo and conditioner dispensers. My only photo of the apartment is of the shower because I am going to look up how expensive they are when I get home lol. The whole apartment was incredibly clean with easily wipeable surfaces. Main room (Kitchen/dining section and sofa/TV area) was fantastic. Very big and comfortable. Free teabags were provided along with washing up liquid and we were also provided washing machine conditioner and liquid soap for two washes too which was fantastic. There's a clothes horse to dry your clothes. If we were nit picking it would be good to have a second place to dry our clothes (because of drying time Vs time in the apartment), but we managed just fine without. The rooms were both very big and the beds were huge (king size)! They asked us how we wanted our beds set up before we arrived which was also very helpful. Before we arrived, Juan messaged in English using the Kawsay Business WhatsApp number. We kept in contact throughout. Juan was SO accommodating when we were unable to arrive the first night due to blockades. We ended up staying an additional night at the other end and he simply moved the booking and we didn't have to pay for an additional nights stay that we didnt use. Juan also gave us some information and recommendations for local places to eat/drink, etc. There were four codes to use to reach the apartment and these were clearly communicated with pictures. Made us feel very safe staying there. We interacted a couple of times with Yerzon who worked in the office on the 6th floor (where the terrace is). He was very kind and helpful with regards to payment and us leaving our belongings.

Amazing modern apartment, very clean and probably the best shower we had in LATAM. The host was absolutely amazing! Super helpful with everything we asked him and even canceled part of our first stay when we couldn't make it due to road blocks.

This is truly the place to be! I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs and hotels, and compared especially to the former, this apartment is outstanding. It’s spacious, spotless, has the best shower and mattress I’ve enjoyed in a long time, and is perfectly located in La Paz. Communication with Nicolás was excellent throughout. What really makes the difference are the thoughtful details — like the bottle of water on the table and the detergent with clear instructions for laundry. A great example of how a business should be run. I’d love to stay here again if I return to La Paz, and I’d gladly recommend it to friends visiting the city. An absolutely amazing apartment! Kawsay was centrally located in the centre of La Paz. The apartment was huge and had all excellent facilities. Comfortable bed, great shower. Good kitchen and lounge dining and an efficient washing machine. Great top level deck as well. Security was fabulous.

The showers are hot and powerful. The beds so comfy. Literally so easy to get in and the host is always available. Plus it was super clean and spacious. A real treat after staying in hostels.
