Be prepared to pay extra..

Good for one night, comfy bed, quite big room with nice view

Second time staying here, great value and location. Got the exact same room so same review really.

Good price for the triple room, excellent location and was able to check in 4 hours before check in which is amazing now a days especially as a backpacker who gets over night busses that comes into to early mornings. Beds were comfortable, toilets were nice and clean with towels and soap.

The rooms were comfy and the beds were good. The breakfast was also substantial. The staff were great and helpful and the location was great.

“Good value for the price”

The property was OK for the value. And they did have a hot water which was nice. The breakfast was ok with good amount of options but the amounts were quite small.

The room did not smell good and was very noisy. The big issue was that the hotel attempted to charge me twice for the room - I paid using the link provided and had proof of same and upon check out the staff at reception asked me to pay again. I have went back through the reviews and see that this is not an uncommon experience. I would recommend paying in cash to avoid this issue. The staff at reception were quite rude in managing this issue and suggested that they were being put under pressure from their supervisor for me to use the link to pay again.

The location is right next to the witches market and tourist sites. Check in staff were also helpful and the general cleanliness was good

Nice clean and comfortable room. The location of the hotel was extremely ideal and central. The room itself was quite cold but the staff were very accommodation and helpful and provided an electric heater and more blankets. Would recommend Isabela Hotel Suite if staying in La Paz

Helpful staff and great location

“Average”

The location is very central and the breakfast is nice. The room however was a weird mustard colour and had minimal natural light so it felt constantly dark. The bed was horrific. 100% broken underneath, it woke you up everytime you tried to turn over or get in and out of bed. Literally SO loud and uncomfortable, huge dip in the middle. The bathroom wasn’t very nice and we found that you could smell sewage throughout the room and the bathroom had bare minimum ventilation. As we checked out, the front desk staff told us that they’d supposedly incorrectly charged us on our arrival and then asked us to pay more money which resulted in the begging us to pay more? We’d also been present in the lobby when this had happened to another couple and they were being told they had more to pay after they’d paid their full balance. All seemed abit dodgy.
