Strategically located, Hotel Sagarnaga stands in a touristic district where guests can find the Witches’ Market right around the corner, a variety of travel agencies a few steps away, ATMS currency exchange services across the street, and an assortment of souvenir shops at the nearest intersecting street, Calle Linares. La Paz City Centre is a great choice for travellers interested in shopping, street markets and old town exploring. Each rooms have private bathrooms, cable TV and we have free Wi-Fi in all areas. Heaters and hair dryers are available upon request. A handful of our rooms have a delightful view of the city. Wake up to a complimentary buffet breakfast consisting of fresh breads, toast, homemade jam, cheese, ham, butter, a variety of teas, Bolivian grown coffee, and fruit. The property also features an a le carte menu that offers pancakes, waffles, omelets, and much more. The in house “Café del Mundo”, offers all day breakfast, and a variety of international, as well as vegetarian and vegan options. The restaurant “El Tambo” offers a wide variety of Bolivian meals. The hotel is situated in a perfect location right beside the witches market. There are a lot of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel also has its own cafe downstairs. The room was small but comfortable.

“Good value of money.”
You get what you pay. Good value of money, simple, cheap, that is what we needed only for one night stay. The room was very cold, but they gave us little heater.

“Great location in the city”
We liked the location as it’s close to all the tourism operators. The cafe/restaurant inside, called Cafe Del Mundo is really good. The staff were very helpful.

My overnight tour was cancelled. The staff were exceptionally helpful in booking me another nights stay. Fernando in particular was absolutely fantastic. The hotel manager was so sweet and took really good care of me. I can not rate this hotel high enough.

“Pleasant surprise”
Honestly this hotel, exceeded my expectations. It looked way better than on the pictures. Bed was comfortable, location couldn't be better, hot shower, the view from the room is amazing. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast sufficient. They kept my luggage when I went on a trip and let me check in early too.

The staff, like Fernando and Teresa, were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and offered supoort and advice whenever we had any type of inquiry. The rooms were cozy with nice views of the city, and the location was excellent with easy and convenient access to markets, plazas, transportation, and more. The food was very pleasant as well.
