Good buffet breakfast including fruit, cereal, pastries, breads, juice, eggs, tea and coffee. Clean comfortable room. The people on reception were really helpful and accommodating. For example, I arrive early in the morning after an overnight flight and they prioritised cleaning my room, so I could check in early and sleep

“Good value hotel in centre with welcoming staff”

Such a lovely friendly, welcoming man on reception when we arrived tired from a long night bus journey at 9 in the morning. He let us check in and have breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable with hot shower. Very good buffet breakfast with eggs, fresh fruit, juice etc. Hotel is very good value.

there were only two things i liked the location and the breakfast. Staff at breakfast was very nice and polite, at reception pretentiously polite.

Central location, near witches market, staff ready to help, elevator, great rooftop with amazing views of the La Paz, breakfast to go because of early departure, a room ready before check in time, what helps us a lot, as we arrived in the morning

Location, 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, WiFi, hot/warm water with good pressure in the shower, and a fairly quiet room (since 501, which is effectively on the 7th floor at the back of the building, next to the elevator).

Great central location near the witches market and comfortable enough!! Didn't really have hot water for the whole stay but as long as you are prepared for that, it's alright ;)!

Excellent view from front rooms and rooftop, breakfast is excellent, my room was comfortable and bed great.

Great location and comfortable. Lovely breakfast served on the rooftop. Great service. They even picked us up from the airport at 4am to take us to the hotel no charge.

Fantastic staff took pity on very tired travellers. We were very grateful. Great showers with instant hot water were much appreciated. Very convenient location - short walk to Witches' Market. Gave us breakfast to go for an early start.

Breakfast was good, plenty of options. The staff were great letting us check in very early as our flight arrived 8am. Location of the hotel is perfect walking distance to lots of the hot spots

Great location. Walki to the witches market, bank machine and shops. Tour desk in lobby that we used for Chatquini Lagoon. Very helpful staff. Albert at the front desk helped us with tours and taxis. One of the maids, Magda, always asked how I was feeling.
