“This was the most unpleasant stay during my South America trip”

We got a very spacious room with a large window front allowing for a nice view and great feeling in the room. The neighborhood is really good with many restaurants and bars nearby. Staff is kind and friendly but this doesn't compensate for the issues we had.

The place is beautiful, cozy, clean and very organized. People are quite prepared, kind, helpful, providing full attention regarding local information and tour availability and a great service. Breakfast is nice and well done. Location is wonderful. A special compliment to Brenda and Allan. Brenda was amazing with us. She is very professional and “human” at the same time, really expressing careful and attention all the time. Both Provided precise information concerning tours and places around and Brenda did all that she could to make our experience happy.

Nicely located in San Miguel with a great view of the city. Good restaurants nearby. You can reach the Blue Teleferico within approx. 15 minutes walking. Remarkably nice receptionists!

The breakfast was very pleasant and in an annex overlooking the beautiful garden. Good service. The reception staff were all very attentive and spoke excellent English. The location was quite close to good restaurants and a 12 minute walk to the Green cable car station giving convenient access to the rest of the city. Very quiet and spacious rooms.

I loved the hotel in absolutely every aspect. The infrastructure is beautiful, functional, charming and clean.

A stunning hotel that exceeded all expectations! beautiful huge clean cozy modern rooms with a super view! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. better than any 5*. My friends and I had dinner at a restaurant - and it was like in the best restaurants: pumpkin soup, trout, llama, dessert. The reception is always ready to help, give advice, organize transfers, and leave our luggage during the trip to Titicaca. Everyone is very attentive to each guest. The hotel is located in a quiet, prestigious area at a low altitude of 3400 meters, which is excellent for accommodation and good sleep. I highly recommend it and hope to come back!
