“Well equipped apartment with washing mashine”
The apartment has all we need, even a washing machine. The kitchen is fine for basic cooking. The owner made very good instructions about everything you can need in La Paz. The location is pretty good, not in the center of the city, but you can reach it in about 30 minutes. Apartment has two heaters which are very useful, because of cold nights. No problems with the bathroom, the only trick is that you should firstly full open the hot water tap to make gas boiler start working. Brilliant place for the price.

“Fantastic stay”
The apartment has everything you need - laundry, well equipped kitchen, extra blankets, heaters, hot shower with soap and towels. The neighbourhood felt safe at all times of day. Juan is an excellent communicator and housekeeper. When there was a technical issue with the hot water, he had it fixed the same day and issued a discount. We would highly recommend this place to stay!

“Nice flat in La Paz”
Clean, spacious flat. Good location near supermarket and teleférico. The owner put us in contact with taxi driver Esteban who was so friendly and helpful, minded our luggage on our last day. Cold at night (February) but heaters available.

“Great apartment excellent value for money”
I really loved my stay here.. a very quiet neighbourhood.. close to the white Telefonica line and supermarket. Very friendly people in the block. The apartment is very well appointed ted the kitchen has a lot of equipment and it was also handy having a utility area for clothes washing. The owner is extremely helpful.. good communication..excellent value for money.would recommend highly.

“A very comfortable & convention”
It felt safe and secure inside. The bed was very cosy & comfy. There was a bath which I used. I also used the shower over the bath. The apartment was spacious. The location suited our needs. Close to attractions.

Very clean and comfortable, lovely shower in the bathroom. The apartment building feels very safe and is in a nice quiet neighbourhood close to the white line of the teleférico.

“Great place”
The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to all our questions. There was also a booklet with all the information you needed for the apartment, like WiFi code, washing machine instructions etc. The apartment was well equipped and near the cable car.

Excellent host, very helpful and patient with our ever changing plans. The apartment is exactly like the pictures. Clean and comfortable and excellent host. Roxana the cleaner has the place sparkling. Netflix on the TV and heaters to keep you warm.
