“Great comfortable apartment in a good area.”

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Excellent communication with Juan and his co host Jose who was there to meet us when we arrived at 10.30 pm. We wanted to use the washing machine that is in Jose's home. He was very helpful in arranging to use it and to dry our washing on the terrace. Juan and Carlos are very helpful people. The apartment is off a busy street in a good neighbourhood of Sopocachi with a super market only down the road, yet it is quiet as it goes a long way back. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk from the Sopocachi Telerifico station so handy to get to different areas.

Juan Carlos was very accommodating and helpful. We arrived into La Paz early in the morning and Juan Carlos gave us a room in the house while we waited to check in. Nice cozy apartment in a nice area. Good kitchen and well equipped and a very comfortable bed.

This was a great find. It was an entire well equipped appartment to ourselves, a home away from home, with a super comfortable bed (read 'good mattress') and great amenities. The location could not have been better.

“Great stay”

The property is located in the Sopocachi district and it takes approximately 20-25 minutes to walk to the central area of the city. This is a good location with lots of restaurants and shops near by, including a large supermarket almost on the doorstep. What an amazing stay we had! Returning to the property from our daily activities was like going back home! The hosts have gone an extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and responded to our requests and queries quickly and swiftly. Thank you for making our visit to La Paz this little extra special. We would never be able to have such a comfortable stay in the hotel room.

A beautiful self-contained apartment. Superbly set up facilities and kitchen. Very close to Mercado Sopocachi, so very convenient. Very helpful and considerate host. I would VERY happily stay there again.

“Best Place in LaPaz”

This is probably one of the best places to stay in La Paz. The Host was very friendly and helpful with everything. The Apartment is close to the best nightlife options in town, but still no noise from outside will disturb in the complex. You can walk to the center in like 20-25min or take a quick and cheap taxi. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Excellent place to stay! Within easy walking distance from many restaurants and attractions. The host was very attentive and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

“Home away from Home.”

Juan and Jose's place is like home away from home. The place is super comfortable, has all the facilities needed and is quite so you can relax. They also have a small patio where you can relax and they even let us use their washing machine. We had to extend our Stay due to sickness and they were both kind and caring with us. We havent stayed In a place so good as this and would honestly recommend it to everyone.

We had an amazing time at Juan and José's place! We were supposed to stay for 3 days but we extended it twice so we stayed for a week in the end. We had a big room with a very comfortable bed, a big tv with Netflix and a balcony. We slept well as it was very quiet during the night. The house has everything you need, a kitchen with all the equipment, a living room, washingmachine and an amazing hot shower! The house is located in Sopocachi, a nice area with everything you need, supermarkets, the cinema, restaurants and the yellow cablecar. We felt very welcomed by Juan and José. They are really friendly, helpful and always in for a chat. Also when we left there were blocks in La Paz and they did everything they could to help us get to our next destination. It was the best stay we had during our three months in South America and we would recommend it to everyone! Muchas gracias!!
