“Great stay with beautiful views and private parking”
Very nice house with two bedrooms (each with two large separate beds) and two bathrooms. Everything was clean, and the views of the ocean and Teide were beautiful. The private parking inside the property was a big plus — no need to look for a spot on the street. There are two small heaters that warm up the rooms well. I’m not sure why some reviews mention limited indoor space; in my opinion, six people can comfortably stay here and sit together at the indoor table if the weather isn’t great. The outdoor place is great for barbecues. The pool is heated (around 27 degrees). We went by car everywhere but there seemed to be a bus station at the end of the street. The street itself is indeed narrow but we had absolutely no issues arriving/leaving the property - we were expecting it to be more difficult by reading the previous reviews. Easy and quick communication with the owner, plus smooth contactless check-in and check-out (detailed, clear instructions).

“Excellent base for up to 4 persons and a car.”
This was a very comfortable stay for us. The amenities were very good with excellent WIFI, two bathrooms, washing machine and a well fitted kitchen. Also a well equipped barbecue patio, heated swimming pool and off-street parking.
