– the view is amazing; you can see the coastline and the mountains all at once. – the main bedroom is very spacious and comfortable, lined with panoramic windows and its own terrace. – the hot tub (when heated) is great from stargazing or a morning dip; it's extremely quiet and private. – staff were very responsive and kind, always happy to help! – people have complained about the drive, but it is really a non-issue; maybe it's worse in the summer, but it wasn't busy or dangerous. (though i will say we were stopped by police because the road to the beach is closed officially.) – kitchen is nicely equipped with everything you could need. – while there is nowhere to dry towels / swimwear properly if it isn't a sunny day, plenty of good quality towels, linens and blankets were provided. – easy access, easy check-in, easy check-out; left in total peace unless we had a request.

Just finished my vacation in this apartment, everything was perfect, the staff is very friendly and tries to make your vacation memorable for you (special thanks to the owner for his hospitality) and will help you in any situation even if you have a dead battery in the car, the apartment itself is clean and cozy, on the territory there is a restaurant where you can taste delicious food and cocktails, there are several comfortable parking lots. Went down to the beach, you are waiting for black sand and waves, maximum not boring bathing) as well as on the beach there is a bar. I am delighted with the vacation, thanks again to all the staff, I will gladly return again.

Very nice location. Two Beaches to enjoy (one is closed to the public due to danger of landslides, but it’s worth taking a look) Very private and secluded. The Restaurant right next door can provide a great experience Fabian is a really great guy

The apartment is very nice, large and coisy. Very nice location and very nice service. Fabian was very nice. At the restaurat we ate the best fish. All at the restaurant were very nice and helpful. Apartment had everything that we needed and it was really spacious. If you want to feel the real canarian peiople I truly recomend it.

Great spot overlooking the ocean, really nice and spacious apartment and terrace. Everything in excellent condition and a great restaurant downstairs.

That the agency worked quickly to organize an alternative place for us because of the construction site. The new place was unfortunately not close to a beach.

The road down to the Bollulo restaurant and the flat is not for the faint of heart: during weekends, when there is a lot of traffic going up and down the small one-lane 2km road, expect traffic jams and having to drive your car backward and park within inches of cliff walls or drops just to pass along other cars.
