“Dirty wooden window frames with dead mosquitoes, cold shower room with cold water.”
No hot water WiFi is only available upstairs according to the owner, we were downstairs and got NO signal at all. Without a signal we could not log on. We did NOT use the wrong wi-fi code. We had to go OUTSIDE to get a weak signal. the modem is upstairs at the opposite end of the building to where we were put. This is a hostel and not suitable for a couple. We went for a shower at 18.15 and ran the water for at LEAST 20 minutes - stone cold Being in the mountains the room was cold and the doors were endlessly banging on spring closers. We could hear the people in the room next to us as if there were no wall between us. We drove away in disgust and booked into a lovely, comfortable, warm, clean room at Ibis in Gap and enjoyed a peaceful nights sleep....zzzzzzzzz I strongly suggest that you avoid this place. It is a long way off the beaten track, well away from civilisation. The washroom we were told was for us, was also to share (at the same time) with the room next to us - WHAT?

“It was way too short but as a recce for next year, 110% must do!”
Absolutely everything from the situation, to the personal attention, to the chef’s cooking and inventiveness. We liked that though the bathroom facilities were not en suite, we were assigned a personal shower room and personal toilet. We liked that everything was spotlessly clean and intriguingly furnished.
