“Excellent stay”
We had a lovely welcome from Gert and Katrin. They produced an excellent evening meal and a ver good breakfast. Our dog was made very welcome. We enjoyed interesting conversation and had a really enjoyable stay.

“To stay at Thunder Road House is an experience out of the ordinary, simply fantastic!”
This is the perfect place to stay when travelling in France or passing through to somewhere else. A true home away from home with great facilities and very caring owners. The rooms are great, beds nice but most of all, I really felt welcome and it was almost hard to leave. Breakfast and homecooked dinner was very good, especially in the company of the owners themselves. They also helped me to arrange for an oil change when I came back the 2nd time which is hard to do on your own when travelling on a motorbike. Location is beautiful and peaceful.

This is a home away from home! Felt really welcome to this beautiful place! Fantastic surroundings, so calm and relaxing. I got to share dinner with the owners and to use their garage for the motorbike. I will definetely come back and next time also bring my girlfriend. If I hadnt been on a time schedule I would have stayed more days.

Lovely village. Breakfast was outstanding!! Beds very comfortable and shower excellent! Apartment renovated and furnished sparsely in the style of the period - but was very comfortable with modern kitchen and bathroom. Hostess was extremely obliging and helpful.
