The hostess and host, Ilse and Dennis, are super friendly and full of interesting stories and information. They have restored and designed their old farm house with quirky and beautiful designs, creating a warm and colourful home for guests. Ilse is a professional chef and the food is fantastic. Real treat all round.

Everything! Fantastic hosts, a great atmosphere and delicious food. You could not want for more. We enjoyed their selection of vinyl records, something we have not experienced for over 20 years. The large log burner and comfortable sofa weee a bonus.

“Friendly and welcoming stay”

We were moved into the ground floor room which was spacious and comfortable. We were the only guests due to cancellations that night and were made very welcome and part of the family. We had an amazing dinner cooked by Ilse and enjoyed some great wine and chat into the night. It’s a great guest house with plenty of parking. They grow much of their own produce so it’s all very fresh. It was great to have breakfast included too! We would visit here again and recommend it to couples or small groups.

Extremely welcoming and very dog friendly. Quiet location beautiful restored farmhouse. Room was comfortable and well furnished with interesting art and pieces of furniture. Dinner and breakfast were delicious.

What a treat to stay at this beautiful property. We received a lovely welcome from Denis and the dogs. Elis had kindly upgraded us to a beautiful room and we had the entire downstairs space to ourselves. The magic for us was the dinner experience with delicious food being served along with their company and in the morning the amazing scramble eggs that Denis whipped up. This overnight stay wasn’t just a bed for the night but a true experience.
