“Great place by the beach!”

The property is located very well in a nice quiet neighbourhood right by the beach and about 10-15 mins to torrevieja. The place is very well equipped with a full kitchen and good sized rooms. Parking was right outside the place which was great. Bikes are also provided which was great given there’s cycling paths in the area.

Very clean comfortable apartment owned by a really friendly couple. We had a problem with the car hire and they were kind enough to pick us up at the airport. We strongly recommend staying here if you're looking for a great place to stay in this area.

Everything! A gorgeous modern apartment. Spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped. Excellent hosts who were very welcoming. Very close to a beautiful blue flag beach. It is beside a cycle path which brings you to Guadamar in one direction and La Mata in the other direction.

“Lovely sunny stay.”

Andy and Maria were both friendly and respectful and were concerned about my well-being and comfort without being intrusive. Although it may seem a little small, the court is large enough for sunbathing on a sunbed and having breakfast or lunch together. The kitchen is very practical and well laid out. As for the bathroom, it is pleasant with its large Italian shower. Finally, the beds are very comfortable and the mattresses are thick for a restful sleep. The 2 bicycles are very useful to go to the small centre of La Mata, Torreveija, the market on Sunday or to walk around the area.

Fantastic apartment with everything you need for a lovely chilled break. Close to a lovely beach within a few minutes walk. The hosts are a lovely couple who respect your privacy, however, are there if you need them. Patio is a sun trap and perfect for breakfast every day.

Good central location to discover the region. (Murcia, Cartagena, Alicante and the local salt lakes). 10 minutes walk to the sandy beach (the beach is 10 km long). Parking with car is easy and safe. Resataurans and supermarkets are easily accessible by car.
