“Perfect chilled holiday apartment.”

We had a lovely stay! The apartment had everything we needed for our family of four (2 adults, 2 children). It was spotless, tidy, and really well stocked — including beach towels, an umbrella, and a beach mat, which were great extras. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfy, and having two bathrooms was a big bonus. Sitting on the balcony in the evening with a glass of wine was perfect. The location is perfect — just a 5-minute walk to the beach and some fantastic chilled beachside restaurants. The pools were great too, and the whole place had such a relaxed vibe. Communication was excellent throughout. Highly recommend!

“Nice relaxing stay with all facilities you may need”

Nice modern flat with all you need for a nice stay. Nice swimming pools and roof sun terrace. Private underground parking where the car stays cool out of the sun. I enjoyed watching Netflix and streaming from my phone to the tv via Chromecast. I enjoyed that the flat and surrounding area was very quiet, which I much prefer. WiFi worked really well. Host Izabela was very nice and helpful. I would happily stay here again.

“An Outstanding apartment in a beautful area.”

Sylwia, who is a charming, friendly host, was waiting for me on my arrival and communcations prior to my arrival were excellent. The apartment itself is absolutely amazing. Everything is new. The aircon is wonderful. The kitchen has all the appliances one would need with a suberb fridge freezer, brand new washing machine and brand mew oven. Showers were poawerful, both walk in. Threre are three private pools belonging to the block, Paddling pool. larger pool and full size pool. - Amazing! Also theres a lovely shared rooftop terrace. Its unique and is an amazing place to sunbathe whilst being cooled with the sea braeeze straight off the Med. For those with a car, there is plenty of free parking in the area, but also this property benefits from a private, underground car park (reserved space for one car) The location... well what can you say, a two minute stroll and you're sat by the Med, on the gorgeous La Mata beach. La Mata itself is a lovely Spanish town boasting a beautiful town square along with many resturants / bars etc. . Very easy access to/from the N332. If you're lucky enough for this property to ba available , dont hestiaite, just hit the reserve button and look forward to an amazing holiday. I'd like to again mention Sylwia, my host. An absoluley charming , thoughtful and helpful lady and a pleasure to have met. I hope very much that I get to stay here again.
