The apartment was spotless clean, The views of La Mata and beyond were fantastic It was well equipped and had everything you needed for a holiday the parking space in the underground garage was a bonus the pool was open and was in very good condition and well kept we would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment! The apartment is modern, perfectly clean, and offers beautiful views. A huge bonus is the private garage parking right in the building, which is a massive advantage in this area. The location is ideal – just a short bike ride to the pink lake (a fantastic trip!) and the endless, several-kilometer-long beaches are absolutely stunning and perfect for long walks. We also appreciated the little details, like the 30+ English TV channels. Highly recommended.

I am absolutely thrilled. The beautiful views of the sea, park, and lake were amazing. The apartment is modern and cozy, and I felt very comfortable there. Everything was perfectly clean. I also appreciated the safe, and the garage was very practical. I will definitely come back and next time I will bring my family.

“Nice well located modern apartment”
The lovely view and pool area. Supermarket a short walk away. English TV service was good. I enjoyed the long sofa on the balcony as a tall person. Extra towels were provided which was useful. Good rainfall shower too.

I was very satisfied with the accommodation. The apartment was beautifully clean and located just a few minutes from a pleasant park by the sea. I also appreciated the 30 English programs on TV and the availability of a washing machine. I would definitely come back!

Our stay in the apartment was fantastic. The magnificent views of the sunrise left us in awe. The apartment was modernly furnished, and having access to a washing machine with dryer was a big plus. The entire space was beautifully clean, which we greatly appreciated. We would definitely love to come back here!

The apartment was sparkling clean and very cozy. I was extremely satisfied. A bonus was the garage parking in the building. It took me 8 minutes to walk to the beach through a beautiful park. The beach is long with fine sand. I will come back in a year.

Well situated, modern apartment. The beach was much closer than I thought, max 8 min walk through a nice park. The garage in the building with elevator was also comfortable. And the view from the balcony was stunning!

I was impressed with the professional approach and communication of the host. The beautiful views of the sea and the lake were fantastic! Modern and nicely furnished apartment. Also beautifully clean! To the sea by a pleasant walk through the park it’s not even 8 minutes. Highly recommended to everyone!
