We liked the location of the house and Parquemar. House is close to pool and the park through which you get easily to beach - given that there is park between the beach and road, the beach is not as crowded as other beaches in Torrevieja or La Mata. The kids enjoyed the property as well - having late dinners or chill on terrace or even easy breakfast in balcony. The house was spacious enough for 4 people (perhaps 2 mord could fit in as well). We pretty much used the third room (without AC) as a wardrobe, as we would not be able to fit suitcases in main rooms. The electricity issues and cold water which were mentioned in earlier reviews were not a problem at all in our case - everything worked very well. Certainly recommend and hopefully visit once again.

“Lovely modern house with excellent facilities & close to the beach.”
Lots of space inside to chill & get out of the sun. Air con was good particularly in the bedrooms, the single room does not have air con but it cooled enough in the evening to sleep in. The balcony was lovely to sit out at night when the kids were in bed. The location was great, a short walk to the beach & restaurants. The pool was lovely and big.

“Great holiday home with helpful hosts and excellent facilities”
Excellent home, well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc. Fabulous swimming pool and great location near to the beach and just a short walk from the shops, restaurants and bars.
