“Dreadful - do not book this accommodation !”

Someone was fixing a broken window when I arrived, it was cold, two heaters which only reached 18 degree with single digit temperatures outside during the evening and night. I was promised another heater on the Wednesday but it was not due to arrive until the Friday. The company were horrible saying the heating was adequate and they had done everything to rectify the situation which they hadn't - I had alerted them to the fact I had a health problem and asked about the heating before hand. For the nights of my stay I had to go to bed to keep warm at 8.30. Bedding was inadequate, the oven did not work, the curtain rail fell down. I had to move to a hotel around the corner, and the company are not prepared to do anything about it because they say I left the property before the situation was rectified.

Paid Wi-Fi , no AC, had to sleep with open window but there was noise from the street, so it was not comfortable at all. There was not even toilet paper, when I asked for that the reply was “you have to buy one”, no dishes soap which we had to buy as well. The communication was nightmare, no reply before arrival, tried to send e-mail, sms, called, no reply, after call with booking they changed contact person without even letting us know. If you have chance to book something else, do that. This was not good at all compare to the price.
