“Very pleasant stay in a comfortable well equipped apartment.”
We were contacted and met by the owner who handed over keys and provided a tour of the access, both on foot and car parking and then the full facilities of the apartment. A very pleasant and reassuring visit.

“Excellent stay”
Located above la cascada bar ( not open till silly o clock) peaceful location. Apartment super clean, wifi,full air con La mata is mainly residentual area,sleepy town with bars,shops,resteraunts. Close to bright lights but brash Torrevieja. Easy to catch buses to neighbouring places. Guardamar our favourite.

Amazing apartment in the most amazing location. 2 minute walk from the beach and shops, aswell ad restaurants. The apartment has everything you could possibly need for your stay. Could not recommend it enough.

“Great place for Spanish holidays.”
Nicely organized, well equipped apartment, clean, comfortable, greatly situated (200 m from the sea). Very responsive and helpful staff. Whole family is very happy with our stay.
