15 min walk to the la marsa beach, bars and restaurants, the local area is safe and plenty of cheap restaurants and groceries close by And the house not on the main street so its quiet, 10 min by taxi to sidi bosaid& carthage and 20 min to the airport & medina the house is big, clean and all facilities are there and communication with the host was excellent Very economic price

“It was nice and calm”
It's a very nice beach house about 25min away from the beach. There aren't that many utensils if more than two people are staying there, but it's clean and comfortable. Plus it's in a very calm zone outside of Tunis so you can get away from all the hassle. All in all, we had a nice time

My review is actually about the larger apartment downstairs - the previous guest had missed her flight and needed to stay longer, so I was given the bigger apartment without extra cost. I was the first guest and they were still putting on some finishing touches, but it's probably now fully equipped. A cozy apartment and a nice, accommodating host. Had everything I needed, especially being able to wash laundry was helpful. It's a bit of a walk (20 min) to the beach and the train station, but that didn't bother me because I liked exploring the neighbourhood.
