“Great apartment that has everything you need, with splendid views of the sea.”
The apartment has everything you need. The balcony has great views over the last part of the La Manga stretch, with chairs and a table. The kitchen is well equipped, coffe maker (filter), water kettle, pots and pans, etc. 4 chairs and a medium sized round table, washing machine - but no dishwasher, which is OK for such a small apartment. The bed is big and comfortable. Both the living room and the bedroom has its own AC-unit for heating/cooling, and everything worked well. The TV is a "smart" one - connected to the Internet, so you can run all your Android apps there and watch the shows you have access to. The sofa, bed-sofa, I didn't try - but it looked like it had som years to it. Towels and a cleaning kit in the kitchen is included, 2 washing machine tablets, and even some shampoo in the shower. Nice touch for a rental apartment! The host, Miguel, is very attentive and really wants you to enjoy your stay! More people should be like him! The parking in the underground garage is perfect, with direct access to the elevator and the apartment.

“A First Class Apartment”
Excellent apartment to stay in very clean and all the facilities were first class. A real home from home . The views are outstanding really unspoilt. I would highly recommend a stay here. Miguel is so helpful

“Worth staying here.”
Very nice apartment. It has everything you need, in addition to the usual household items, there was also coffee, tea, oil, and salt. Therefore, there were no problems with cooking. The owners of the apartment were very nice and helped in all matters. Very cool big balcony and really amazing views. There is a store and beaches nearby. So the location is also very good. Thank you for a great place to stay.

“Amazing place to be”
The apartment was amazing. The view was beautiful. Miguel was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed plus much more. He is a wonderful person. The apartment has everything you need. We will be back for sure.

Property was spotlessly clean comfortable. Had the most amazing views and all you need regarding kitchen/bathroom facilities We was visiting family so it was an ideal location was a Quiet peaceful community within a stones throw to the beach area, which is beautiful for a lovely morning walk and a coffee at La fogon which is at the corner. The main strip is within easy reach 10 min bus or car trip. Along from the apartment are restaurants and a spar if need items food etc….. We had some lovely food at Area Sunset which was recommended by Miguel, greatly received. 👍 And to you you Miguel we appreciate the gesture and information sent by yourself. And being really prompt replying to us. And there if needed. Mucho Gracias There is nothing like a sunset 🌅 or sunrise in la manga
