There are pleasant sea views from the balcony. The local supermarket is a short walk away. The seaside walkway is very close.

We had a pleasant stay in this apartment. The cleanliness was excellent upon arrival, and the location is great – just a few minutes from the beach (although we visited different beaches in the area every day). The view is beautiful, and the apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was very nice and helpful, sending us recommendations and providing all the information we needed clearly and on time – from the first day we checked in until our departure.

The apartment is great. Well equipped, including washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, large tv. Location - for us it was great but some people may find it tiring to travel all the length of La Manga (around 12 miles) but we quite liked it. La Manga is very pretty, well maintained, tidy. Underground car park included.

Apartment has everything you need. Spacious balcony. Miguel as like other reviews is very helpful with places to go and see and messages you on wattsapp with any information you require.. excellent host, makes you feel like you have your own personal guide 24/7. Great place to relax.

“Exceptional!”
The corner unit apartment has amazing views of the water and sunrise. The apartment is comfortable (though an armchair in living room would be nice and a larger table), best bed EVER including linens, all appliances worked, underground parking was a bonus, low season (February) both the building and streets quiet. Stayed for 7 days. Not long enough! Miguel was very helpful and always available. Great communication.

A clean and beautiful apartment in a very quiet area with a magnificent view. I wanted peace and quiet and a relaxing holiday and I got exactly that. Miguel was so helpful with any request. A superb place to rest and explore, at an extremely reasonable price. Loved it!

Miguel set out all the instructions in English and Spanish, and it was straightforward to follow as he provided photos for every step and same when leaving the apartment it was all clearly laid out what you had to do.
