Yes old building, but huge apartment. 8TH FLoor F. 2 singles 1 double 2 bathrooms, kitchen lounge. 15€ for wifi. Hand soap and shower gel couple of toilet rolls. Salt pepper. Utensils. Many pans inc. sanwich maker. Fabulous views to Mediterainium and on the otherside to the marmenor. 3 balconies and a pool, too cold for me in May 2026. Aircon, which I didnt need. Deck chairs to borrow for beach. 2 sitees, and dinning table for dinner, plus outside table and chairs. Washing machine. Kettle, oven. Office for key over the road from building. Plenty of Carparking.

“Good value for money”
Gina was so helpful on our arrival. Her English was good. She explained everything we needed to know. The apartment is in a great location & we had fantastic views. This is a great base for a holiday. Just a couple of minutes to the beautiful beach. If you're looking for a clean, cheap place to stay, then this is just right.

“Apartment was too hot to live in comfortably, but the beach and sea are beautiful.”
There was no air conditioning which in extreme heat was unbearable and we couldn't sleep. This was compounded by the apartment being close to busy bars and car parks with cars racing in the night until 5am. We had to pick the key up from a different hotel reception with no instruction or map how to locate the key. There were several blocks with lots of entrances. It took us 2 hours in the early hours of the morning to find our room. The beds were not made either. There was no kettle, and the iron was broken, but the host remedied these issues.
