“A beautiful and peaceful stay with a private beach.”
We were delighted with the residence and its surroundings. There is a small private beach where you can relax with other guests from the residence, but we were almost alone. You can also sunbathe on the sun loungers, barbecue or take a walk around the area. There is also an outdoor veranda with seating at the apartment. Roofed parking for cars. The surroundings are quiet and suitable for evening walks. The kitchen facilities are modest. Supermarket within 15 minutes from the residence. Overall, we rate this residence as a lovely place for a longer holiday, even with children.

“Excellent stay for a unique experience on Isola Maddalena”
The remoteness of the property is what convinced us to book. We love to travel and see things off the beaten path, and Residenza Marginetto was the right fit for our requirements.

Very beautiful view, comfortable bed, private patio, nice host, had everything we needed to prepare meals and good wifi. Got some nice rest here, close to the caprera island (recommendation of our host) and in the centre was a very nice wine bar and there are nice beaches.

AMAZING! NEED TO RETURN, wish I had booked my whole stay there. Service is extremely friendly, Daniel guided us to the property in his own car in front of us. The apartment does not feel too remote, does not feel unsafe - we’re two young women. Vibe is chill, no noise around from cars, city. The beach access is divine and is really 1 min away from your room. Kitchen etc is fully equipped. I’d stay here for a month if I could. You get a key to the room, clicker for gate to the property, and a parking spot. We locked everything at night. Pillows were comfy and bed was large. 100/10 for me

Unique location with private beach. Communication with host was excellent, they drive with you to the apartment. There is a small foot path starting at the beach which leads to the rocks at the sea, definitely worth to check it out. Kitchen equipped with everything you need.
