“Good option close to the airport”
Good option if you want to stay near the airport. The price was good and the owner of the house grabbed me in the airport and took me back on the next day (had to pay extra for this transportation). The room was good and comfortable, with a good bed and AC. She offered breakfast but I didn't try it, but there was this option. Keep in mind that you are going to stay in her house.

Such a lovely stay at Hotel Bethlehem! The house is beautiful and the family are so kind and friendly. I arrived on a late plane and was met at the airport for a short journey to the hotel by car. The room had its own bathroom and was super spacious. I was dropped off at the bus terminal the next morning at a small price for my onward travel. Would definitely recommend.

Booked this place so I can contact the host to ask how much is transfer between airport and the accommodation. It's very close and basically you'd only stay in this accomodation and Lima because of the airport/flights. As they didn't write the cost of the airport transfer, I had to book to ask. They stated a very high price. Much higher than another hotel that is just close by this accomodation. So when I wrote that was a lot, they named another price. But it was still higher than the transport fee from the other accommodation and way more expensive than Uber. So I cancelled my stay because I don't want to stay with dishonest thieves who just want to make money with tourists and scam them big time. Btw, booking was named as "cancel anytime". However there was no cancel option in booking.com. So I wrote the accomodation and email via booking that I cancel. The hotel however marked me as no show. That's also dishonest, as I had cancelled the reservation!!!

It is in a gated community, a world away from the deprivation of the outside world. Was nice to get away from the realities of everyday life of Central Americans.

“Ok for layover”
The accommodation is in a nice house with a large terrace and provides a strong AC. It is situated in a gated community and the neighborhood is safe. The host provides shuttle service to and from the airport, which is about 10 minutes by car. Meals, drinks, and water can be purchased directly at the property.
