The staff broke a hair dryer and tried to pin it on us. The manager refused to speak to us and the reception staff have no idea what to do to help in any situation.

“Great location & rooms, facilities a bit of a let down”
Great location right on the beach and close to bars/restaurants. Our bedroom was a great size, comfortable and clean, the facilities let it down, not many sun beds (as shown in the photos) and when we arrived there was drilling/maintenance next to the pool and rooms, the water cut out the next afternoon and we were informed by staff, I was told by one of the guests

“Great fun and comfortable”
I have stayed in a lot of places in El Salvador now but this has to be my favourite so far. It is a great location but still peaceful and not too noisy at night. The food is really good and you can either take breakfast in the room or eat right beside the waves in the morning. We did a surfing tour, a waterfall hike and an amazing massage during our two-night stay, with time to relax by the pool and enjoy the nightlife too. It is very romantic and fun, there is good music and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable - we had a really great stay.
