Whats not to like? Its a piece of heaven: the location, the astonishing views, the variety of pools allows you to always experience privacy when you want. The proximity to El Tunco makes it easy if you want to explore nightlife etc. finally the friendliness of the staff, always willing to help.

The pools, gardens, and views are exceptional! It's worth the visits for these things to enjoy. Great staff as well. Out of the city a little, however, it was kind of nice to feel the calm and wake up to the beautiful sounds of crashing waves. There was lots of space to feel comfortable on the grounds. The rooms were huge and the bed was very big and comfortable.

Really disappointed for the price we paid… - Please note that this hotel DOES NOT have any direct access to the beach despite what their website may say… - You should call ahead to confirm whether the acces is blocked or not… - As such, there is no access to the natural pools.. - We had to walk 15-20 min to go to the nearest free beach access (playa Majqgual) - The gym is NOT open 24 hour… this is how we found out… We forgot our phone charger and went to ask for access to the gym in the evening at around 8pm. However, the receptionist (a man who was doing the evening/ night shift from August 9-10th) told us: “unfortunately the woman with the keys left.” Which I responded: “I thought it was open 24hr” and he replied “I thought so too but its a different company that manages the gym and spa. So the lady witg the keys left and wont be back before 6-7am the following day.” I don’t understand how the staff themselves are not aware of such things.. - However, our flight was early in the morning and we had to check out at around 3:30am. So there was nothing they could do for us. - The pool towel service is really slow.. when we checked in at 3pm our first day, we were not given any pool towels despite requesting some. We had to wait the following day. We were ready first thing in the morning to go pick them up (before there were none left). - We booked a terasse room. However what we were given was not a terasse but more a close confined “outside” room with barely any view of anything not sure that was consodered a terasse.. - There is NO aerport shuttle service despite what their website say… thankfully we already had some private transport contact that was able to come pick us up and drop us off at tbe aerport - Reception service is lacking: - Our first day we tried to call recpetion at around 6-7pm amd they never answered us (despite us calling 2-3 times) - Food and drinks menu is reallyyy expensive and the portion are not that generous…
