“Complete waste of money. Music raging until midnight and no water one morning!”
I can’t believe a hotel thinks it’s acceptable to charge the money you charge and allow music raging until midnight. There are families staying at your hotel. Your responsibility is your guests not your private function. Atleast put in noise regulations!!! Also no running water one morning! Do better no wonder your hotel is practically empty! We complained and not even a free dinner voucher! Will never stay here again!

Location is spectacular.... no access to beach but is ok, dont needed. Hotel is overpriced and restaurant on location is definitely overpriced for sure, but let me say this... staff is expectacular, great people, humble and great service. Management needs to improve not staff to be clear.

Amazing ocean side hotel with a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. The room was clean and had an ocean view. Falling asleep to the waves crashing was peaceful. The access to the ocean during low tide was fantastic! Customer service by all the staff was exceptional. The food was delicious and all waiters were kind and attentive. The food took a while to be prepared but it was worth the wait. Overall great experience and will be recommending to others!

Breakfast and breakfast staff was fantastic. The person who checked us in was very professional and friendly. Bell staff was great and super helpful with area directions and dinner ideas.
