“Hosting family are really nice and the bedrooms have all needed plus a very cute homy decoration.”
It’s conveniently close to La Rochelle and beaches. Easy access and parking. The village is really quiet.

“Wonderful house and hosts for a holiday.”
A lovely quiet village location but within easy reach of La Rochelle, Ile de Re, and Chatelaillon-Plage - all well worth visiting. The sunset over the beach in Chatelaillon-Plage was beautiful as we ate our galettes and crepes at Bains des Fleurs. Cycling on the Ile de Re was fabulous. Our wonderful hosts recommended both these along with many other ideas along with annotated maps of the areas with suggested coffee shops, places to see and where to eat! They also made us feel so very welcome in their home. A gorgeous house and garden which was so peaceful we could have just sat in the garden all day after our lovely breakfast with choices of bread and jam but the added bonus of eggs. The best bit was a whole pot of tea to myself and a large teacup - a rarity in France!
