“Infestation with cockroaches in several of the houses”
This place has an infestation issue with cockroaches which they initially did not want to acknowledge but later it turned out that they were very much aware of this issue but had not addressed it properly. We had to move between houses TWICE during our stay which is unacceptable. There are major issues with cleaning of the properties. The cleaning team basically has no education into how to clean houses professionally and the fundamental flaws of the place causing the infestation is not addressed. One person in our family also found a large tick in her bed. Overall a horror experience which makes us wonder why rental of this place is even allowed on various sights.
