“Great food and facilities ruined by nighttime noise and paper thin walls.”
The pools are fabulous. We were full board and the food was really good for all meals every day. We didn’t have a car but there is a nice pedestrian walk down to the marina, or else you can get the free shuttle bus to La Herradura.

“Distressing”
My brother and I booked a massage each in the spa. When we arrived the staff were very angry and stressed. We were shown to a room with 2 massage tables with ripped paper towel covers. There were half open baby lotion bottles and plastic tubs of uncovered hardened chocolate. There was a drip from the ceiling. Even though we had said we were brother and sister one of the male staff began shouting at me to take my top off, eventually throwing the towel on the table and storming out when I refused and tried to explain again. I was extremely upset and distressed and went to leave. Another staff member stopped me and took me to a separate room to do the massage. There was no communication on what was happening: very hot products were slapped onto my back with no warning or explanation. The masseuse with my brother had his headphones in listening to the football. It was extremely upsetting and I was distressed throughout the rest of the evening. The next morning we went to complain and to get a refund but were told the spa was a third party and the hotel had nothing to do with them. The manager Lucia was unavailable and we were told there was nothing they could do. This was a terrible and disappointing end to a family holiday. The spa was part of the hotel services and there was no acknowledgement of any responsibility. We have family who live locally and I would not feel safe to return. It was a deeply inappropriate and intimidating experience for me as a young woman and the hotel made no attempt to rectify or show concern for me or my safety.

We had Breakfast and dinner each day and they were to a high standard. The one bedroom apartment had space for my wife 3 kids and I. Cleaned each day 11 ISH. We stayed on level 5 room 3517 beside reception. we went down lift, throw car park to get.to pool area of best hotels. This took 2 minutes. Apartment residents enjoy all the facilities of the hotel residents. It's better in my opinion as we had use of fridge, cooking facilities. Animation team worked hard long day, were professional and aways in good cheer. They deserve a raise. Pool areas very good and clean .The (40 cm) Infant pool was great to sit around with our infant. Our 4 and 5 year old used the other pool a lot. (140 cm to 100cm depth parts) Free open top shuttle bus from 09:00 to 19:00 every 30 minutes to and from the clean hundurra beach very convenient. Excellent stay,beautiful ,hospitable, children friendly location with top view.

Fabulous views. Cool pools. Great breakfast. Very helpful staff. (Especially, the person who ordered a taxi for us in the middle of the night, so we didn't have to crawl up the mountain.)

The pools were amazing and very clean. The apartment was a very good size and cleaned everyday. Staff were friendly.
