We loved the environment and the cleaningness. Some of the staff were helpful and we felt welcomed initially to the hotel. We really liked the place where it is. Sufficiently far away from the road and quiet and nice. We could hear the Deva river all the time, which was nice. We also were able to walk to La Hermida village through a trail away from the road, which made it very enjoyable.

It was indeed a beautiful setting in the mountains. We enjoyed the hot waters of the spa

“Disappointing stay”

The staff, particularly those in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. We had a good, spacious room although it was let down by the bathroom. The setting offered some good views of the river and mountains.

Location great for us having just come thru the Picos. Didn't get chance to use the Spa but if you like the more rustic approach - head to the river. There's a small area of thermal activity and someone has created a cool personal thermal spa. I wished I'd seen it sooner!

A small positive aspect of this hotel was that when we forgot our shoes in the parking lot after hiking, they didn't throw them away but kept them for us. Another positive aspect was the breakfast, which had a wide selection, although there was too much sweet food of questionable quality and not good coffee.

The spa was amazing. I very much recommend the outside pool/cave. Food was decent too.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The spa was really enjoyable and the massage was relaxing. The choices at breakfast were extensive and tasty. The staff were all friendly especially Angel who went the extra mile as we don’t speak Spanish.

This is a paradise. Very nice location. Great place, great room. Nicest breakfast in the last years. And the baths are wonderful. Worth each cent spent. Really loved. The external baths, hot pools, are excellent. Staff was very nice. We would like to thank and post a compliment to the lady who assisted us at the internal bath. Very nice, lended us a swin cap.
