“A little disappoiting.”
Very well restored buildings. Nice position on edge of small town which was only a short walk away. Secure car parking.

We arrived around 8 and there was nobody to greet us, We were left waiting at locked gate until we rang and had to await someone to come from village and let us in. Breakfast was some fruit, a yogurt, and some biscuits. That's all. It was not good. Some fresh bread and cheese would have been appreciated at least. Pool was not clean, hair and insects floating around. The house itself is lovely, clean and rooms are comfortable. Shame about the poor customer service.

Elegant and comfortable accommodation - nice welcome and very helpful with car issues the day of departure. Bedding comfortable and very relaxing. Adequate breakfast available. Enough to start the day.

“A slice of heaven”
What a fabulous property. The owners couldn't do enough for us, they were so kind. We only got to stay for one night on this occasion but are already hoping to get back in the future for a longer stay.

“Outstanding in every way!”
We travel every year between Norway and Portugal and we always try to find great B&Bs. The farm property Casa Majada was apparently refurbished a year ago and what a superb result it is. It presents itself beautifully designed with a touch of French inspiration - we love it! I enjoyed a refreshing dip in the pool before bed. Easy access from and to the motoway makes it very attractive for us. In the en-suit room everything was tastefully arranged - nothing was missing! Congratulations! We will come again!

Rita and her father Miguel were very kind and helpful. We were there on a Monday night out of season and were the only guests in the property. It is a beautiful place with great facilities! There are facilities for self catering if needed.

Lovely Rural hotel, owners very pleasant & helpful, buetifully decorated & spotlessly clean, only short walk into village centre for bars & restaurants. Easy access off motorway.
