“A real feel-good-place”

Queridos Cruzy y Ruben, We could not have imagined a better home to stay during this 2 weeks here. Tu casa está llena de amor. We can See that in every single painting (we looked at every single one over and over again), in every decoration detail, in every single of this thousands cozy seating areas, the swing and all the beautiful colourful lights. All the snacks and tapas and drinks and at your hearts - which have to be full of love. This two weeks have a special place in our heart! This place has everything you could need: all kitchenware, spices, sports equipment, bathroom utensils etc..

The hosts are very sweet and welcoming, happy to help with anything and very available at any moment. The house is fully equipped, there is everything spanning from books in all languages, yoga accessories, and even an outside barbecue, just to name a few. The garden is beautiful and the view is stunning, an amazing place to relax and to start from to discover the island.

We really loved it. The entire concept of the apartment/house is wow. We did not believe at first that the garden was all ours but indeed it was a private garden with multiple levels. We loved getting breakfast under the huge tree and watching the sunrise over the ocean. Also the room was clean, cozy and organised with a lot of books :) The kitchen was very well equipped and spacious. We also liked the location since it was fast to get to Icod and Puerto and also close to some of the rocky beaches. It is mandatory to get a car since otherwise it will be very hard/impossible to make the best out of your time in this beautiful location. And last but not least, the hosts were wonderful. They greeted us with food and drinks, helped us with directions and places to visit/where to eat and were very nice.

The property offers everything you could possibly imagine—and more than you’d expect from most stays. The breathtaking views, the expansive garden, and the beautifully designed interiors all reflect a deep attention to detail and love for creating a perfect guest experience. Our hosts, Cruzy and Rubén, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of magical. Their heartfelt hospitality made this trip truly unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place where every moment feels special, this is it. Highly recommended!

“Would whole-heartedly recommend.”

Beautifully located overlooking the coastline on the North side of the island, well away from the nasty "Brits on tour" towns in the South. This is a wonderful place to really enjoy the island during the day, and sit with dinner and a drink in the gardens in the evening. The nearby La Costa cafe/bar is nice for a reasonably priced drink with the locals, and just a couple of minutes walk away. There are a number of supermarkets within a 5 minute drive. Mt Tiede National Park and the black sand beaches are definitely worth a visit. Walking into the property is like walking into a spa retreat. It is very welcoming and so peaceful. It is decorated throughout with a real attention to detail, with so many things to see that it seems there is something new every time you look. The photos do not truly represent how nice this place really is. The large bedroom is cozy and comfortable with a lovely and spacious en-suite. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. The gardens are simply stunning, with a large tree providing cover whilst you sit and watch the fishing boats out at sea. There is an outdoor kitchen as well which was really fun to cook on. Cruzy and Ruben were wonderful hosts. From the moment we arrived they made us feel so welcome. I would definitely return in the future because it really was that good. If I could give more than 10 out of 10 I would.

This house is absolutely amazing in every aspect! The hosts Cruz and Ruben are so kind and very happy to help you with anything. They brought us lovely welcome drinks with snacks on our arrival. The house has a very big bed room with a separate yoga/exercise area. You can access the garden either from the bedroom or the corridor. The room, kitchen and bathroom all have a fairy tale like feel and very tastfully decorated. The highlight of the property is a huge garden. There are four different levels of garden areas, which is basically all yours and not shared with anyone. From the garden you can enjoy the fantastic sea view. We enjoyed sipping wine watching the sunset. You can also have a good view of Mt.Teide from the end of the garden. There is a huge tree in the middle of the garden, which I think is the main character of the accommodation. It offers great shade during the daytime when the temperature is high. We had a couple of nights of BBQ and burned some wood for fun. There is a washing machine in a separate laundry room with all the detergent for your use, and recycling area at the reception, which was really good as I am keen on recycling. The location is also fantastic. It is so close to TF5, the main road, yet there is no traffic noise from the house because the house is located lower than the road. All in all, we had a very memorable 4 nights in this lovely house. We came back to the UK only yesterday but we miss it already :)

Everything! The warm welcome, the view, the garden, our hosts, the room. We really had the most relaxing time. We loved our space, would 1000% recommend booking this room. Its even better and bigger than the pictures. Skip the big hotels, go for this authentic beauty!

There are some places where the photos show more than there is in reality. in La Bodeguita, it is the opposite! The photos can hardly capture the whole place as it is, which is warm hearted and created with a lot of passion. We hope, that we can go there in future again! Absolutely lovely!

“Don't think too much and book it now”

Step out of your standard hotel zone, overcrowded touristic location and choose a real authentic accommodation. Promote and support local businesses because this is how you really discover the real Tenerife and its people. Hosts were marvelous from the very first contact via mail to the very last day. Warm and caring, Cruzy and Ruben were the best hosts I met in my life and by far ! Welcome drink and mid-stay authentic snacks Garden is huge and the view is extraordinary! Accommodation itself is fantastic, decorated with love and has everything you need. Supermarket, restaurants, preserved coast are just next door. You are far from the "all concrete" of Las Americas Very quiet Big plus : Parking in front of the house
