I am impressed by Cruza's incredible hospitality. They welcomed us with snacks and wine. The apartment is very clean, well-kept, and the whole house is decorated with atmosphere. The owners were able to help or advise us at any time. What's more, Cruzy often gave us sweet surprises, which was the first time I encountered. Certainly, if I go to Tenerife again, I will consider re-accommodating with them, but I will also recommend it to my friends. Thank you very much for the wonderful moments and kindness

I highly recommend staying at this place. It's not just an ordinary accommodation—it's truly unique and exceptional. Honestly, we've never encountered such hospitable hosts during all our travels. They are fantastic, warm-hearted, and incredibly helpful. The apartment itself is beautiful, cozy, and very well furnished. Everything was fine! The apartment was very clean and well equipped, even with small things useful when you arrive somewhere on holidays (salt, oil, spices, hygiene stuffs, etc.). We were welcomed impeccably with food and beverages the day we arrived. The landlords are really taking care of their guests like nowhere else. I warmly recommend this place!

“Best place we've stayed so far”
This is one of the most unique places that we ever stayed at. Unlike many other places this is not just an apartment to crash in the evening. On arrival you get greeted by the hosts that show you this charming place. You get everything you need. Even shopping bags, beach umbrella and sun sunscreen in case you forgot one. The hosts provides you a list of places to visit, where to eat and where to shop. And this is not all. You also get little unexpected surprises that makes you feel even more welcome. You are not getting just the apartment but the whole experience. Highly recommended.

One of the best decisions I made was to book this accommodation. The couple is charming and incredibly kind. Their home is beautiful, and the view from our room looked straight to Teide. The shared courtyard is something amazing, one of the best places to watch the sunset. They welcomed us with lovely snacks that we could enjoy during the wonderful sunset. Thank you for everything. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Cruzy and Ruben were the most adorable and amazing hosts we could imagine. The apartment was decorated with lovely handcrafted pieces which gave it a very personal touch and the attention of them made our stay a very special one, we felt like home from the first minute on. If we visit Tenerife again, we would definitely choose Casa Arbol again and stay with Cruzy & Ruben. Big recommendation!

The best hosts ever! Cruzy and Ruben are really really nice! Amazing welcome, they supported us with info about places to visit and restaurants in the area. The apartment is nice and confortabile, in a beautiiful and suggestive setting. (The hosts house Is Amazing!) If I have to find a negative spot that's the bed. Too small for us. But we are used to a king size bed so its just a metter of habit! I highly recommend staying in Cruzy and Ruben apartment!
