“Good Location with a lot of drawbacks”
"I really liked the location – very close to the beach, terraces, and restaurants. I also appreciated that it’s on the ground floor and has a small garden where you can relax or spend the evening if you don’t feel like going out. The fully equipped kitchen is a big plus, and the private parking space is definitely an advantage.
