Good location. Only a few meters to the beach, can hear the ocean waves in the apartment. Quiet local neighbors.

spacious apartment close to the beach, wonderful promenade for jogging and walking . There is a washing machine and free parking. Auchan supermarkets Lidl Aldi everything is nearby 2-3 minutes by car.

Very pleasant apartment. Very close to La Garita beach. Excellent place for lovers of the Telde Coast. In the area everything you need. Café, grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy. Close to Las Palmas.

“All over the place is functional but has no charme or beauty to it.”
The place is sutuated close to a beach in a quire neighbourhood. Nice to take a walk.

+ Nice, cosy apartment and furnished + Toaster, citrus juicer, coffee machine with capsules + Washing machine (we didn't use it, but if someone need), iron, ironing board, clothes dryer + Generally well-equipped apartment + We received water in the fridge + Good location, but no direct access to the beach, you have to walk around across the street; also close to island bypass, Las Palmas and Telde + Warm, quiet location, it is not a noisy place; a little loud waves at night

Highly recommended. Apartment clean, superbly equipped, quiet. Located very close to the beach. You can also take long walks along the beautiful coast. Within walking distance of other beautiful beaches. Close to the store, restaurants and cafes. Close to the bus, which you can take to Las Palmas. Host friendly, helpful.
