A quiet place and a clear appartment ! A nice hostess :) There is a perfect view from two balcons on the beach and the Ocean. Sleeping with the music of waves is wonderful feeling... There was also a garage for our rental car. You can find a little supermarket too close.

“Great view, but smaller than expected.”

The place is in the best spot in the whole town. The beach is just round the corner. Parking available in a garage, but very narrow. Another public parkings within 5 mins walking distance. Promenade by the shore also close by, just as a few shops and bakeries. Highway close by if you'd like to drive around the island by car. The facility had just enough of things to live in. The view from the balcony was fabulous. I made a mistake and booked the facility for one night too short and was late with check out. The owner urged us to leave for cleaning, but made no great hassle about it which I really appreciate - it was my mistake in the end. This could have been avoided with a confirmation of dates during check-in.

Waited around 30min to receive keys and get it back, in result one hour lost. Person who meet us spoke only Spain, even didn't understood English.

This is a very nice apartment with an amazing beach/ocean view. Very spacy, and comfortable, with a car parking space in the garage. The airport is nearby. The location is very nice if you have a car. 20min driving to Las Palmas and around 30min to Maspalomas

I stayed with my family in this beautiful flat...spotlessly clean..has everything you need for a pleasurable stay....the view and the sound of the ocean was just divine....A quiet area..but easy access to Las Palmas the number 15 or 75 bus takes you there and from there you have several buses going to most of the busiest parts of the island..also the host was most helpful and provided a reliable taxi number..

“Wonderful apartment in a quiet town.”

The apartment has a beautiful view of the beach. The photos do not do it justice. 5 of us stayed and there was more than enough room. Spacious and well decorated and had everything we needed! It’s located in a quiet town, a minute walk from the beach. The town has busses and taxis available to get to the busier areas. Plenty of shops around to buy any supplies needed. We accidently left a wallet in the apartment when we left, the owner very kindly sent it back to us.

“Peacful and relaxing vacation days overlooking the ocean.”

The view is just beautiful, at a loss for words. We woke up and slept to the sound of the ocean and the winds. It was the most peaceful stay. Very close proximity to the beach, so you could chose your time when you wanted to go down. Additionally the house provided with all facilities needed for a comfortable stay, be it parking or beach equipments, kitchen stuff, house was very clean.
