“Tranquil gite”
The owners were extremely friendly, very helpful with ideas for days trips and we're always on hand to answer any questions. The gite itself is set in a lovely nature filled setting with goats, cats and donkeys and there are seating areas outside to relax and take in the surroundings. It is a place of tranquility. The rooms are clean and have ample room and storage for clothing. The breakfast was always freshly baked goods, very enjoyable. There was a fridge for us to store food and beverages as well as a microwave to use in the main breakfast area.

“A perfect retreat ..”
Lovely tranquil location with a very special cottage feeling. Breakfast was superb ... The proprietors were very accommodating and assisted in arranging and sorting a very difficult situation which happened prior to our arrival. Would definitely stay longer next time we are in the area. Thank you for really lovely stay . Oh ... and the animals are a bonus .. Neil & Wendy McGee

“Beautiful House in a Tranquil Location”
Superb property in an area of complete calm. Spacious room with equally spacious private bathroom. Caroline and Didier were welcoming and friendly hosts. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection of home-made bread, cakes and preserves. Unfortunately, I was only staying one night, I would like to have stayed longer if only to enjoy the surroundings.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely traditional property in a beautiful area. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Our hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Great to meet the animals who live there too!

“Peaceful”
- Really friendly host -Quiet place - Generous breakfast with homemade bread, cakes and jams. - If you like animals you will enjoy to be surrounded by farm animals (donkeys, goats, chickens and pony) and also a beautiful border collie dog who loves cuddles.

“Quiet and comfortable stay in the countryside of Bretagne!”
We came to attend a wedding nearby La Gacilly, it’s a very cute residence with about 15 min drive to town. Our room was very cozy with a spacious bathroom, window facing the lovely garden with lots of greens. I really appreciate the quietness at night and the view of nature during the day, especially when you have rabbits, hens, goats, cats and dogs hanging around peacefully, it was such a treat! The bed was comfortable, had a nice WiFi signal; we are located right above the dining room so it was easy for us to get to the breakfast. The breakfast are typical from the region, all cakes, pies, bread, yoghurt are locally made, they also have a wide selection of tea. The owners of the property were very welcoming and friendly, I only asked if there’s ironing available and they would already prepared the ironing set in our room upon arrival! I would totally recommend to stay at this place if you have a car and discovering the areas in/around La Gacilly, there are many activities to do in town and amazing food as well, especially if you have kids, they are gonna love to stay here.
