“Eddy's group of seven stay on La Digue.”
The house is to die for. I am a seasoned traveller. It's possibly the best house I have stayed in. Island style luxury. Right on a beautiful beach. 5 mins from town by bicycle. Bicycle hire place right opposite. What can I say about Barbara the house keeper. She is a real chef. She prepared breakfast and dinner for us. The meals were amazing. She bent over backwards to make our stay exceptional. She is an absolute gem.

“Perfect location, Majestic house with great meals.”
Absolute perfect location on the beach. Quiet street. Close to Supermarket and very good pizza restaurant. Spacious house with big bedrooms and bathrooms. The host Barbara is absolutely wonderful and accommodating. Be sure to contact her for any needs like bicycle rentals (a must, since it is a car free island)and info on fishing charters etc. Her meals were exceptional, although 600 Rupee (36 EU) pp for dinner and 400 sr (24 EU) for breakfast. Cold drinking water dispenser was a big bonus!

“Perfect stay right at the beach”
The location of the villa is perfect to explore the island and Barbara our host was wonderful. Great food, nice pool and enough space for a family of 10. there are kayaks free for use and a little playground in the garden. Would torally recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Emerald Villa on La Digue! Barbara, our host, was absolutely wonderful—such a kind and helpful person. She prepared delicious breakfasts and dinners that were truly unforgettable. She went above and beyond to assist us with everything, from organizing excursions to arranging bike rentals. Her warmth and hospitality made our stay extra special. Highly recommended for anyone visiting La Digue!

The location is very good, we enjoyed the pool and kayak in the ocean. Since the ocean infront of this house is a lagoon, it is safe for kayak with young kids. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. Barbara the manager is very nice, she cooked very delicious dinner for us on our first night and cleaned the house daily. I am particularly grateful for Barbara sent my wallet to la digue ferry wharf for me to take it in Praslin ferry wharf when she found it in the drawer after we checked out.

“Highly recommendable”
It was perfect with the option of booking Barbara to make breakfast and dinner. There was a good super market next door and bike rental just opposite the street, it couldn't have been more convenient.
