“Fantastic stay”

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The accommodation was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home. What truly made our experience exceptional were the owners. Annie and Wiliam are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. From the very beginning, their communication was clear and friendly, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality created such a warm and personal touch that we will always remember. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would love to come back again in the future!

What a wonderful stay! Annie and William are truly outstanding hosts - incredibly welcoming, helpful, and open. They assisted us with everything, including transportation from the port, and shared fantastic local recommendations. They even treated us to delicious fresh coconuts and told us interesting stories about the area. The house was very clean, designed in a classic Creole style, and equipped with everything we needed. The bikes were well maintained and serviced daily. We were genuinely touched by the hospitality we experienced here, and we would happily return. We highly recommend this place!

Annie and William are the best hosts who made us feel very welcome. We loved the location, away from the touristy spots. Great showers in the property, fresh coconuts from William and Annie’s thoughtfulness made us feel extra comfortable.

“A little slice of quiet heaven in La Digue”

Great location - in the middle of the island - so very easy to cycle towards either the port (and the beaches at that end) or going to the union and the beaches at the other. Supermarket a two min walk/cycle as well as plenty of restaurants near by. Close to La Repaire too - which did fab cocktails- wonderful to be at sunset. The hosts were wonderful - kind, caring, generous with their bananas and coconuts as well as providing great recommendations for a boat trip.

“Absolutely perfect stay at La Belle Digue Don”

La Belle Digue Don was truly perfect. I was impressed by how clean and spacious the apartments were—everything you might need for a comfortable vacation is right there. Each unit has its own patio and a lush garden in front, filled with vibrant trees and flowers. It really feels like a tropical paradise. Bicycles are available to rent, which is a must for exploring the island’s incredible beaches—and the bikes are in great condition, too. But what truly makes this place special are the hosts. They are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. We felt genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. They shared fresh coconuts, bananas, papayas, and avocados with us—all delicious! They were always happy to answer our questions and we had some lovely conversations during our stay. By the end of the trip, I honestly didn’t want to leave—it felt like home. I really hope to return to La Digue someday, and when I do, I’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The place is like a little oasis, built with heart, in La Digue. The hosts are great—kind, helpful, and unobtrusive. They genuinely care about meeting the expectations of their guests. You can rent well-maintained, almost new bikes from them at a good price. We were warmly welcomed and treated to the most delicious coconuts on the island. Thank you for the wonderful service! If we visit La Digue again, we will definitely stay here.

“Amazing stay - highly recommended”

La Belle Digue Don is very well located for exploring the island. The appartment was spacious and comfortable with all amenities you need for self catering - exactly as pictured. The hosts, Annie and William are kind, friendly and warm. Many times they made us happy with fruit from their beautiful garden. William also prepared a fish for us. It was delicious. They gave us helpful advices for additional trips. We really loved our stay at La Belle Digue Don. Thank you!

Modern apartments, all custom-made, no IKEA. Clean, basic ingredients available - salt, pepper, oil, vinegar. Nice bikes at a good price - 100 SRC per day. Nice hosts available, welcome drink from coconut, local bananas as a bonus.

“Good place”

Lovely place that Annie and William made charming. Apartment had a nice size, was well equipped, pristine clean and bed was comfortable. On-site bike rental is very convenient.

“We have had an amazing time”

It is a beautiful accommodation in a good location (close to everything you need). But there is one thing that is really special about La Belle: The Hosts! I've never had such nice hosts in my whole life. They were simply amazing. We got offered different fruits, coconuts and more every day for free. We forgot to bring swim shoes and they lent us two pair. Absolutely friendly and nice people. One more tip: You can rent good bicycles at this place. They were cheaper and in much better shape than anywhere else on La Digue.

“Great stay, kind owners”

It’s a small family run business with admirable hosts. It not far away from the port. Owners arranged everything for us, from transfers to bikes, gave us all informations about the island and provide everyday fresh fruit from their garden. The accommodation is spacious and enough for 4 people, with two bathrooms, well equiped kitchen, privacy..
