The villa is about 300 meters from one of the beautiful beaches on the island. 🌴🌊.Kami is the sweetest person on earth. She was very kind and helped us with everything we were interested in. 😊

Very good personel, always laughing and helpful. Very calm place and good starting position when going to explore the island. Little outside the busy area, but still close.

Island Bungalow is a wounderful place, in a very beautiful green sorounding, just 3 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Anse Severe. The beach has a coral barrier which is still alive, but unfortunately dying out, like the majority of the coral barriers in the Seychelles. The amazing colorful beautiful fishes, which you can see only if you have a mask and ONLY AT THE PEAK OF HIGH TIDE, is astonishing! Please remember you can get to it only at high tide because if you walk over the corals you will break them and destroy the barrier. The lady Kemi, who is responsible for the mantainance of the place, is a very welcoming and lovely lady, very kind and helpful, we thank her very much for the lovely breakfast she served us. The owner Fred is also very kind and helpful. We certainly recomend this structure which is reacable on foot from the jetty because it's just approximately 300 meters away. The structure went above our expectation also because the bed was so comfortable! The best mattress we ever slept on!

Thank you for a lovely stay at Island Bungalow! The proximity to the ferry made arrival and departure easy and the bungalow was a clean and spacious home-base for our adventures around the island. We made great use of the bicycles to get to the different beaches, and we appreciated having so many bars in the vicinity for the evenings. A wonderful experience all around

We stayed at Island Bungalow in La Digue from August 13 to 18 and we had a wonderful time! The place is peaceful, clean, and very well located — perfect for exploring the island. Fred was incredibly kind and helpful from the beginning. He made us feel at home, and even provided us with bikes, which made getting around super easy. The breakfast was rich, fresh, and absolutely delicious every morning. We really looked forward to it each day! Everything was perfect — we truly recommend Island Bungalow and would definitely come back. Thank you, Fred!

A very pleasant cottage in a peaceful and quiet area. About 200 meters to the beautiful Anse Severe beach (August is windy - limited snorkeling opportunities). Friendly and helpful staff, tasty, though somewhat repetitive breakfasts. Bicycles can be rented on site. It is possible to walk from the port with larger luggage (about 500 m).

“Memorable honeymoon stay”

Breakfast was excellent: tasty and versatile (each day there were toasts, pancakes, strawberry jam, an assortment of fruit - banana, papaya, orange - as well as omelette/scrambled eggs/fried eggs and tea/coffee to choose from). The staff is very nice, polite and helpful (e.g. when my trousers got dirty with bike grease, the receptionist had them washed for me, returning spotless and ironed or a waiter had a breakfast prepared for me in five minutes when one morning I was in a rush). The localization is very good, close to the beach Anse Severe, which is a perfect spot for watching sunsets, snorkelling or having a snack or drink at one of the beach bars. The bungalow was spacious and well-furnished with air-conditioning in the bedroom. The acommodation has a bike rental service at an acceptable price of 150 SCR per day per person.

“Nice calm little Bungalows”

Nice little Bungalows with a beautiful garden and the location was perfect for us. A bit further away from the busy main road but still close enough to the beach. We rented a bike and so all take aways and shops were easy to reach. We rented somewhere else, as the bikes offered by Island Bungalows didn't look too trustworthy any more and for that they weren't a bargain either. The bungalows were nicely decorated, the kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good especially the pancakes and eggs but nothing too fancy. The staff was quite friendly and cleaned the bungalows regularly.

Location ist pefect, the people are soo friendly. Breakfast was super nice.

“Good value for money”

The accommodation is located not far away from the ferry terminal. Very easy to find. Cute bungalow with everything you need to make basic food. There is also a fridge and wifi. The breakfast was basic, but tasty.
