Clarissa is the best. She is such a nice person helpt us out with everything. And not to forget we booked a afternoon boat tour at her place she knew the people and I can say this was the best boat tour you can ever get! Thanks Clarissa for everything!

“Not helpful”

Bad customer service — they were not helpful even after I clearly explained my situation. Despite providing full details, they were still unable to assist.

There was only one towel left . The reception was closed at 6 and no number left. That was very disappointing.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. A special mention goes to Clarissa, our host, who organized everything perfectly. She was incredibly nice, helpful, and always made sure we felt taken care of. Highly recommended!

“Pleasent stay”

Good location, with bicycles available for rent on site. The rooms were cleaned daily and the pool was also very well maintained. Unfortunately, no breakfast was offered, and compared to other accommodations on La Digue it was quite expensive.

The Venue is nicely located alongside the beach. Friendly staff. Juliette was very helpfull. Very kind late check out (12.30hrs).

“Amazing holidays”

We spent 1 week in Hyde-Tide Guesthouse, which has a perfect location with a walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. It is situated right on the beach. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with great views from the balconies where you can relax in silence admiring the beautiful nature around. The staff is very kind and helpful, ready to support with everything needed. Clarissa, thank you for allowing us to have such an amazing time, the memories will stay with us forever and we hope to come back one day! This was an excellent place for us and we really enjoyed our holidays to the maximum.

We really enjoyed ourselves at Hyde Tide. When we arrived, Kalarisa welcomed us with detailed explanations about the island , which made it very easy and improved our options for traveling there in the following days. We took a room facing the beach - which was spacious, clean, comfortable, and very pleasant to stay with the possibility of moving from the room to the beach in an instant. Also, on the day we left, they allowed us to stay beyond the check-out time until the afternoon, which was very helpful. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you..

It was very nice, spatious and with a huge terrace as well, beach-front property at max 10 min walk from the ferry. The back yard towards the see is gorgeous and intimate where you can enjoy a drink (from the supermarket of course as they do not have serve anything for now) The receptionist was very kind and welcomed us with a cold coconut water.

“A value for money stay in the heart of La Digue!”

The location is 10/10. Located a 5’ walk from the jetty and in the heart of La Digue.

Good accommodation that is close to everything on the island. Clarissa is wonderful and knowledgeable about the island. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, had a good balcony facing the sea. Cooled off in the pool after bike rides. Good location right by the beach.

“Great and give Clarissa a raise!”

The guesthouse was overall fine, the location was very good, and the rooms were okay as well. We were greeted by Clarissa, and without exaggeration, she made our stay even better. Right from the start, she gave us tips for excursions, restaurants, etc., and was always there to listen to any problems. She gave us her WhatsApp number right away and was always reachable. 10/10 for Clarissa! (She even speaks fluently italian!!) P.S.: The Wi-Fi is now included in the price.

Its in a walkable distance to the ferry and beaches. Its located exactly at the beach front. Spottless , nice ambience silent only echo is from the waves and the care taker are so helpful above and beyound She helped me hire a bicyle delivered at premises and it made movements arounds easy Book with them you wont regret

Clarissa, the manager of the guesthouse is AMAZING. She organized everything we needed, from bike rental to snorkling trip, even car rental on another island. She gave us top tips for La Digue and was super helpful, always reachable and there for us. She really made our stay comfortable. You can buy big water tanks directly from the guesthouse for a really fair price without the hastle of small plastic bottles. The room was basic but has everything you need, also it’s on the beachfront which is nice. Overall the location of the guesthouse is top to get around the island by bike (only 5-10min walk from the jetty on a paved road).

“Quiet, central location on a beautiful beach”

simply wow, we spent 5 days here. On arrival, we were first briefed about the island, what to do, good places to eat, where it's most beautiful and much more. The whole process worked great, you could book bicycles directly or make a reservation at the Belle Vue restaurant, is recommended! Can highly recommend the accommodation, very quiet location, on a great beach and still in the middle of everything.

David the owner Was a really nice guy, same as his son, beautiful place on the sea side, you can find peace there for sure! If you ask me if I come back, I definitely will.
