“Faboulous stay at Elje Villa, I recommend!”

It was very clean and owner cleaned and prepared room once more during our stay. Breakfast was fabulous with fresh juices, eggs and fresh fruit. One of her friends brought us fresh coconuts. Room and living room is beautiful, alive and spacious. Beach is just minutes away walking as well as the takeaway, restaurants. Port is 15min walk from the Villa. There is also a massage center 5 minutes down the road. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone coming. I was with my 3month old daughter and a partner, and they also felt amazing and very comfortable in the villa. Owner was helpful and kind. We enjoyed one night with her friends and they welcomed us. She also gave us 2 bikes for 2 days that we paid 25€ alltogether and half of a third day we got it for free. We had a lovely stay and hope to come again.

“Good breakfast”

The breakfast was very delicious! Fresh and abundant. From all the places I stayed on this vacation, here is where I slept the best. I think in general in la Digue the location is always good when you have a bike. They have two cute dogs.

“Love this place!!!”

I liked everything. A peaceful place, not far from the road where restaurants are and not far walking from the ferry. With a bike that you can rent directly from them everything is much easier and you can get to all the nice beaches around the island. Room was great, clean and big, bathroom was nice as well had basic amenities. You can get towels for the beach-which is great so no need to bring along. Breakfast served right outside your door, in a very nice table near the garden. Everything is perfect. Staff is super friendly and kind, people who save dogs and cats cannot be bad!

Everything was perfect. Very nice owner, ready to help. She let me check out later (before ferry). You can rent a bicycle for 100 R. Not far from ferry and all the cafes. Kitchen has everything you need. Apartment itself is clean and comfortable. As well as the bed. Also, very tasty breakfast! And you have place to eat it on your terrace)

I recently stayed at this property and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, exactly as described in the listing.The breakfast was very good !!! The location was excellent close to restaurants,bars and local attractions, making it easy to get around. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made the stay relaxing. “Best choice in Seychelles”

This place absolutely exceeded our expectations. I would honestly call it a boutique hotel rather than a guesthouse. The interior is beautifully designed with thick wooden details, high wooden ceilings, and lots of natural light. It’s spacious, stylish, and the photos online really don’t do it justice. The room has everything you could possibly need: a super comfortable (and full-length) bed, strong Wi-Fi suitable for work, a fridge, a writing desk, a safe, and every small detail thoughtfully provided – even beach towels. The aircon is strong and works perfectly, and the shower has great water pressure, which is rare and very appreciated. Breakfast every morning is huge and delicious – fresh fruit, pancakes, smoothies, eggs, plus several drink options. The staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. You can also rent bikes directly from the property, which is super convenient for getting around the island. The location is also very practical: about a 20-minute walk from the harbour, and close to supermarkets, restaurants, and takeaways. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay again.

Edna and her family are very attentive, the place is spotless, someone is always sweeping the sand away and is ready to help you. The villa is very nice, with a beautiful garden and the room is huge with a comfortable bed. The photos you can see here on booking are far from the real beauty of the place. Don’t forget to order some dinner from Edna, I have found out she is one of the best cooks there. The breakfast is also excellent. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect! Elje and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room and bathroom were spacious, beautifully arranged, and spotlessly clean. The shared living area and garden were lovely, and breakfast was delicious. Elje also provided great bikes, which we used to explore the island. The location of the villa is ideal—very close to the port, shops, and beaches. We highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Elje!

The place is very clean and beautiful, not far a long from ferry and there is quiet area. The breakfast and dinner were very tasty. Also you can find here two very cute and kind dogs. La Digue for me is the most beautiful place on Seychelles. I recommend this place on 100%.

We had a bathroom outside the room and here it was really hot without any aircondition. The same regarding the shared room. Our bedroom was fine. We would have liked an introduction to the area. We had dinner at the house twice and it was really good. Can highly recommend this. We didn’t rent bikes at the place. If you don’t like dogs, this is not the place for you, because two dogs were living at the porch.

The owner was friendly and helpful. They clean the room daily. The breakfast was cooked daily + fruits. Quiet local street. In order to see some nice beaches you would rather need a bike. I would stay there again.

“A true meaning of hospitality”

I loved absolutely everything! It is a real gem, do not hesitate to stay there. The whole villa, garden, tarrace, room and the bathroom are very clean, well taken care of and there is a very pleasant scent inside. The room is great to rest after the whole day of exploring beautiful La Digue, it is very quiet and the bed is super comfortable. Sheryl who works there, welcomed me very kindly with a tasty fruit welcome drink. The breakfast was sooo delicious, nutritious and served on the tarrace just outside of my room, it was such a good way to start a day. The location is just perfect- it is peaceful, quiet, surrounded by nature by yet very close to everything and there is a shop nearby. And Elna's food tastes so good! It is local, fresh and aromatic. I am truly thankful for all the hospitality and kindness, especially with the help and support of Elna on my last day- I had an accident on the bike and got injured so I could barely walk; when the car brought me from the hospital Elna offered her shoulder to help me to get back to the room, then brought ice, bandage and ointment. She also gave me a few bottles of water, as I was not able to make it to the shop that night and the next day and offered some of her amazing sea food curry complimentary. And she offered me a late check-out so I could stay in the room until the time of my ferry back to Mahè and arrange a transportation to the port. It is really exceptional place with exceptional staff. I will definitely stay there again when I go back to La Digue.

Ideal villa for a group of friends or a large family located in a side street, large rooms and each with bathroom (in each room refrigerator). Living room with a very well equipped kitchen. Outside two large and one small table. Washing machine available. Delicious breakfasts served according to guests requests. Elna is a very helpful owner, she arranged for us bikes and a taxi to the port. Every day she asked if everything is ok or anything is needed.. Highly recommended!
